Brief Specification Description: The property at No.170 Beimen Street consists of 3 floors with a total area of 1,300 square meters, and has an external site area of approximately 600 square meters; it is proposed to establish the archives room on the 1st floor; the Beimen Neighborhood Committee will relocate to the 2nd floor; and the temporary material storage facility in the basement of the government office building will be relocated to the 3rd floor, necessitating structural reinforcement, repair, and renovation work.
