简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目为针对综合交通管理系统的运行软件及维持软件运行的主机(小型机)、服务器、存储设备和传输交换设备的专项维护服务，具体包括：按规定对软件和设备进行维护巡检，确认整体运行状态，提交维护巡检报告、总体性能评估报告；根据系统运行情况和业务应用需要，提出优化和改进的建议，并按采购人的批复意见，实施系统、设备和软件的优化作业；对设备和软件发生的故障，按规定执行应急抢修和系统恢复工作（具体要求详见招标文件第三章）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project provides special maintenance services for the operation software of the integrated traffic management system, as well as hosts (minicomputers), servers, storage devices and transmission and switching equipment that support the operation of the software. The specific contents include: conducting maintenance inspections on software and equipment as stipulated, verifying the overall operating status, and submitting maintenance inspection reports and overall performance evaluation reports; putting forward suggestions for optimization and improvement according to system operation conditions and business application requirements, and carrying out optimization work for systems, equipment and software in accordance with the approved opinions of the Purchaser; performing emergency repair and system recovery work as stipulated for faults occurring in equipment and software.(For specific requirements, see Chapter 3 of the bidding documents).
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起365个自然日。

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3）本项目为非专门面向中小企业的项目；4）为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的潜在投标人，不得参加本项目的采购活动；
5）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；
6）本项目不接受联合体投标。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (iii)This project is not specially reserved for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).(iv)Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification development, or services suchas project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
(v)Suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.
(vi)This project does not accept bids from consortia.
