简要规则描述：浦东分局警用无线数字通信系统的长期稳定运行对上海公安无线通讯畅通起着至关重要的作用。在处置和防范突发事件时，该系统可实现现场的应急指挥，及时通信与调度。为满足分局对于整个应急指挥系统的需求，为领导科学决策、及时调度、异地指挥提供重要的通信手段。因此，需要一个专业的维护团队投入到警用无线数字通信系统的维护工作中去。进行日常运维、月度巡检、应急抢修、设备设施维修、年度保养、节日保障等，以确保警用无线数字通信系统的稳定运行。
Brief Specification Description: The long-term stable operation of the police wireless digital communication system of the Pudong Branch plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth wireless communication of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau. In handling and preventing emergencies, the system enables on-site emergency command, timely communication, and dispatching. To meet the branch's requirements for the entire emergency command system, it provides an important means of communication for supporting leaders in scientific decision-making, timely dispatching, and remote command. Therefore, a professional maintenance team is needed to be dedicated to the maintenance of the police wireless digital communication system. This includes daily operation and maintenance, monthly inspections, emergency repairs, equipment and facility maintenance, annual servicing, and holiday security, in order to ensure the stable operation of the police wireless digital communication system.
合同履约期限：2026年12月10日至2027年12月9日。
