****中心(以下简称“采购人”)现对南航2026年度第二批国际航油采购项目进行询比采购。

China Southern Airlines Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser”) hereby conducts procurement via request for China Southern Airlines Company Limited International Aviation Fuel Procurement 2026/02 Enquiry

1、项目简介

1.6 交货期/服务期：2年，自2027年1月1日至2028年12月31日。其中德黑兰IKA的合同期为2027年1月1日至2029年12月31日，澳门MFM的合同期为2026年11月16日至2028年12月31日，迈阿密MIA的合同期为2026年11月1日至2028年12月31日。

Duration: 24 Months commencing from Jan 1 2027 to DEC 31 2028,EXCEPT IKA 、MFM and MIA ,the duration of IKA is 36 Months commencing from Jan 1 2027 to DEC 31 2029,the duration of MFM is 25 Months commencing from NOV 16 2026 to DEC 31 2028,the duration of MIA is 26 Months commencing from NOV 01 2026 to DEC 31 2028

1.7 合同期限：同上。

2、供应商资格要求

参加本项目报价的供应商必须符合下列要求：

Suppliers participating in the quotation for this project shall meet the following requirements:

2.1 提供油品名称为Jet A-1 或其它符合规格的航煤, 符合ASTM D-1655 最新标准要求。并具有与本项目相应的供货/服务能力。

2.1 The supplied product shall be Jet A-1 or other aviation kerosene meeting applicable specifications, complying with the latest ASTM D-1655 standard. The supplier shall possess corresponding supply/service capacity for this project.

2.2 被列入南航集团“限制交易供应商名单”且仍在限制期内的法人或其他组织不得参与本次询比（采购）。

2.2 Legal persons or other entities included in China Southern Air Holding’s Restricted Transaction Supplier List and still within the restriction period are not allowed to participate in this request for quotation and comparison procurement.

2.3 被列入南航集团“禁止交易企业名单”的企业，不得参与本次询比（采购）。

2.3 Enterprises included in China Southern Air Holding’s Banned Transaction Enterprise List are not allowed to participate in this request for quotation and comparison procurement.

3、询比文件的获取

3.1 公告时间：北京时间2026年09月28日8时30分至2026年09月30日17时30分。

3.1 Announcement Period: 08:30 (Beijing Time), 28 September 2026 to 17:30 (Beijing Time), 30 September 2026.

3.2 报名截止时间：北京时间2026年10月08日17时30分前，有兴趣的供应商可邮件联系张女士（zh****@****.com）进行报名。

3.2 Application Deadline: By 17:30 (Beijing Time), 08 October 2026. Interested suppliers may sign up via email with Ms. Zhang at zh****@****.com.

3.3 获取文件的方式及时间：采购人将在北京时间2026年10月08日前以邮件方式发送。

3.3 Method and Time for Document Issuance: The Purchaser shall send the documents by email no later than 08 October 2026 (Beijing Time).

4、响应文件的递交

4.1 电子报价表递交的截止时间（报价截止时间）为北京时间2026年10月19日9时止，发到指定的报价邮箱fu****@****.com。其他响应文件最迟须在北京时间2026年10月30日9时前发到指定的邮箱zh****@****.com，并抄送ch****@****.com

4.1 The deadline for submitting the electronic quotation form (quotation closing time) is 09:00 (Beijing Time), 19 October 2026. The form shall be sent to the designated quotation mailbox: fu****@****.com.

All other documents shall be sent to the designated mailbox zh****@****.com with a copy to ch****@****.com no later than 09:00 (Beijing Time), 30 October 2026.

4.2 逾期送达的电子报价表视为无效报价，采购人将予以拒收。

Any electronic quotation form submitted after the deadline shall be deemed an invalid quotation and rejected by the Purchaser.
